Hotel dekat UMass Memorial Medical Center

"Had a short stay while in town for a concert. Very convenient location to the DCU center. The front desk was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. We had gotten a suite because it was not much more expensive than other hotel rooms in the area and it was so spacious! It was nice to have a little table to eat at and a mini kitchen area. I would stay again if in the area."

"The staff was amazing. The room was very clean, ice machine wasn't working but the staff addressed it. Definitely would stay again"

"The room was very clean and well maintained. All of the staff I saw and spoke with was very friendly."

"Na"

"What was unique? Right in Worcester and within our price range. It did however have hidden costs, including the last, surprise, one: a parking fee."

"It was"

"Not really any access to water outside of a water fountain, tap water, and the juice machine at breakfast that was broken for most of my stay. other than that it was great."

"Stayed here multiple times now and nothing bad to say about it. Good hotel for what we needed it for, free breakfast is a plus and the location is convenient. Will be staying here again in the future if we’re in the area!"

"Modern and clean hotel. Comfortable bed but pillow too soft. Good breakfast. The only complaint I have is we smell marijuana (pot) in the hallway every night. Not just on our floor but elsewhere in the hotel. We think they have an air intake outside where people smoked and it got into the hotel vent."

"Free breakfast was very good, plentiful and a sufficient time span. Front desk person was not friendly and no one even said goodbye when we obviously ( had our luggage with us) when we left"
