"The ambiance and atmosphere of this hotel is second to none. Amazing Michelin rated restaurants such as Nami and Bacán are right on property. The staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are beautiful and technological, including a great Toto smart toilet. I will definitely return to this hotel."

"We appreciated having access to the pool since we arrived sooner than the check-in and we were able to leave our suitcases at the front desk while our room was being prepared. We were also able to grab a few items for breakfast since we had an early flight."

"OK, let me start by saying I paid for the room that was all the way on the highest floor in the view was supposed to be into the atrium…. Number one when we got there at 6 o’clock we were told that our room was not ready. Check-in is clearly at four so I’m guessing they changed the room from the very beginning, we got to the 10th floor that I paid for and nowhere in the reservations at all Does it say that there’s no balcony access to the atrium…. So having that room was completely pointless...

"Property was completely remodeled. Staff are very courteous, helpful and friendly. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. Room service is very good and breakfast is great. I highly recommend this location in Lake Nona. It’s centrally located next to good free garages parking and lots of very good restaurants and walking trails."

"My room had a bad mini fridge and it wasn’t working. So I called the engineer and he replaced it with a worse fridge. Then they came again to put in another one that wasn’t cooling my medicine at all. I had to keep them in an ice filled bucket, day in and night in to keep my medicine from going bad. Horrible experience/service!!!!"

"Promised a free shuttle. Then was left hanging for 2 hours at the airport. When I called like I was asked to she said she already drove by amd didnt stop. Then she hung up. I called again to see if anyone was coming or not and was informed she'd be there soon. 2 hour delay and Sherrie or Sherly was so rude. "A little old rooms, breakfast and the shuttle to the airport were good."

"We just stayed for a night. Very helpful front desk. Breakfast was good. Airport pickup had 30 mins waiting. I did not realize I had to call them. It’s best you call them as soon as you get out of the flight and request shuttle."

"Bathroom door closing is abysmal (no room). No hand wand in shower (though it was not advertised as having that). No room safe (although, again, not advertised as having that). Front desk clerk was exceptional. Good location for walking to various restaurants. GoPort transfer to cruise port was very convenient."
