The breakfasts were amazing. Free afternoon tea was provided each day. Infinity pool had a nice view and a very relaxing atmosphere.

Thank you very much for a wonderful service from the people of the Goya! We had a beautiful time here! The pools have an incredible views, the drinks and the breakfast were delicious! Perfect location and comfortable rooms. Excellent choice for your stay in Ubud!

The property is beautiful, love the infinity pool, and so relaxing, literally close to nature. the restaurant on the property serves delicious meals from breakfast to dinner. They are so pleasant, and welcoming every day, ready to serve or help you in every way possible. clean comfortable beds, with great air conditioning. the highlight of the trip are the staff: best staff ever, most outstanding I would like to thank Novi, Wirma, and of course our best person Kedak Adi. I wanted to have a driver and car to do my own custom itinerary, these three made it possible. Adi was with us for the whole day taking me to amazing places. They had water bottles, wet cool face towels, and pool towels for us in the car as we would complete one journey to the next. I got to see 5 different places in the 10 hours that we booked Adi as a driver for the whole day. The best of all they were able to accommodate and take me to my next destination in a new city. I would definitely be back at Goya Resort.

Es war mit Abstand das Beste und schönste Hotel in dem ich bisher war, ich bin mit meinem Freund für 5 Nächte angereist. Die Zimmer, als auch das Hotel, sind groß und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl und ist a la Carte, alles wird wahnsinnig lecker und frisch zubereitet. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls unübertroffen, wunderschön bei Tage als auch beim Sonnenuntergang. Es gibt sogar zwei große Inifitypools. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

The accommodation is highly recommended. We enjoyed every moment. The staff are very accommodating and try to respond to our needs. The facility invites you to relax even if the surroundings outside are a bit turbulent. Nevertheless, it was very good because everything was within walking distance. All around recommendable! One wish for the future: I would like to see more vegetarian and vegan dishes for breakfast. Nevertheless, the great staff have already tried to make everything possible for me :)

Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Personnel aux petits soin. Idéalement placé pour faire le centre ville à pied et la forêt des singes. Petits déjeuners copieux et très bon. Par contre beaucoup de travaux en ce moment et du coup très bruyant la journée

Séjour parfait comme dans un rêve
Séjour de 5 nuits avec un bébé de 18mois, tout à été parfait. Le personnel est très attentionné envers nous et encore plus envers notre fils. L hôtel est magnifique et la piscine est magique. Nous avions 3nuis en chambre simples (très belle chambre avec une belle salle de bain) puis 2 nuits en villa (magnifique villa avec piscine privée qui est ouverte sur la salle de bain… tout y est parfait). Le restaurant avec le petit déjeuné est super. La nourriture est très belle et très très bonne. Vraiment de qualité

Beautiful property and very kind and serving staff. We had a great time at this place. Staff took extra care and made sure we were comfortable, did more than we expected. Breakfast in the pool is a must, such a great experience. Also, we asked for extra flowers for our breakfast in the pool tray. Definitely worth the $$.

Above exceptional service, cleanliness, and overall experience. Staff was so nice and quick with requests we were itching to come back should we ever revisit Bali. Breakfast was phenomenal with plenty of fresh local fruit and tasty options. Not your typical “breakfast included” hotel - this was fresh and quite gourmet. Oh, and the coffee was amazing! Would easily have seconds each morning :)

I and my wife stay in innumerable hotels around the world every year, medium to upper price bracket range. Of those we would say a dozen rank as our favorites and the Goya is among them. As far as guest hospitality is concerned, theirs exceeds even the best Bali can offer, and the rooms and guest areas are simply breathtaking. It's a little walk into the centre of Ubud but who cares when the simple luxury is awaiting your return. Top marks, Chapeau!

朝食はどのメニューもとても美味しい。スタッフも親切で対応も素晴らしかった。 お部屋も広くて快適。シャワーが5分位出しっぱなしにしないとお湯にならないのが少し不便。また、エコなのか3泊ずっとシーツ交換無し。それは良いのだか、2泊目にシーツに元々付いてた土汚れ？のようなものに気付きシーツ交換を依頼する札があれば良いなと思った。 隣に建設中のヴィラかホテルの工事が朝の8時頃から始まり、かなりの騒音だった。チェックインの際も工事の音について特に説明は無く、ホテルでのんびりする予定だったので事前にアナウンスがあれば良かった。

The staff were nice and friendly. The place clean and tidy. WiFi was a bit hit and miss in the room. With so many local dining options available, prices at the hotel were high. Overall though I'd return, it's a very relaxing place to be.

I really enjoyed my stay! Everything was beautiful and nice and clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. My favorite thing was the all you can eat breakfast! You get a full menu and get to order Whatever you like and the food is AHHHMAAZIINNGGG! The rooms are really nice as well!

Very nice setting with the pool. Dinner menu options were ok not a lot available. Very noisy construction site above our room, the hotel did not offer a discount seeing as we were paying a lot of money to stay there. They were only able to move our room after 2 days of loud noise. Loud noise all day sitting by the pool and having breakfast while the extensions were being built. Not ideal at an expensive resort on holiday. But the place was really nice.

Pour le prix, cet hôtel pourrait être bien mieux. L’hôtel est propre mais mal pensé et aurait besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Les chambres bien que jolies ne sont pas pratiques. La porte de la douche ainsi que des toilettes est très difficile à manier. La paume de douche -jamais détartrée- etait en piteuse état. Le sol de la chambre bien que jolie a mal vieilli et est gondolé de partout. Les balcons donne sur un grillage recouvert de plantes alors que la vue de l’hôtel est magnifique. La restauration est bonne! Pour finir, le personnel bien que très gentil n’est malheureusement pas très utile. Le service est vraiment zéro. Les hôtels aux alentours semblent bien mieux. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
