Incredibly friendly and helpful staff! Daily shuttle (am and pm) to downtown Ubud which was helpful. There are a few restaurants around the resort that are fairly good, especially Waybu Coffee Eatery, but also a quick ride into Ubud for more options!

Everything was great, the hotel is in a good location and there are a several food options near it. Room was good and staff provide excellent service to us, we highly recommend this hotel on Bali.

I thought the environment was very beautiful. Quiet environment. What I liked less is that there is nowhere to hang your laundry. A rack in the bathroom or on the front terrace would be useful.

Mein Zimmer hat gestunken, es tropfte durch die Badezimmerdecke und es gab kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche! Das schlechteste Hotelfrühstück während meines gesamten Bali aufenthalts! Der Pool war AUGENSCHEINLICH toll.. Nur wird er 0,0 gepflegt - das Wasser ist furchtbar und nachdem ich darin baden war waren meine Haare grün (nicht rauswaschbar mit Shampoo) - für alle Blondinen: NICHT DARIN BADEN!!! (falls doch: weicht eure haare danach in Vitamin C Brausetabletten ein-das begrenzt den Schaden) NIEMALS würde ich dort nochmal unterkommen!!!!

豪華リゾートではありませんが、落ち着いた雰囲気、接客、部屋の広さ清潔さ、小さいけどゆったりできるプールなど価格と比較して満足できる小規模ホテルです。安いときには一部屋60US＄程度で泊まれますので、英語ができて、足が確保できる方なら選択肢に入ってくると思います。 難点はウブド中心部へのアクセス。シャトルサービスは1時間に1本程度と使いにくく、タクシー前提となります。ウブドエリアはGrabは2019年時点では使えません。また中華系の団体さん利用があるようでカブると静かな雰囲気が壊れます。あとはレストランは味と雰囲気は悪くないのですが夕食は40分は待たされます。（調理が遅いのはバリ島あるある） とはいえコスパは高いホテルです。

Beautiful resort but unaccomodating staff
The resort itself was beautiful. Great spot to unwind and relax. The customer service for such a high rated resort in ubud needs a lot of work, sadly not very accommodating and language was quite a barrier sadly. The Shuttle service to ubud needs to be more frequent rather then every 2-3hrs especially when he vehicle is just sitting their for hours on end and on check out we asked if at all possible they could please drop us off at 12 to centre ubud and they said no times of shuttle are 10 and around 2pm. Less star rated places in ubud and Bali surrounds have very accommodating staff and language was no barrier. The breakfast was not hygienic and food left out should be covered as flies land on the open air food with no cover. Rooms are very clean and the resort itself is beautiful.

The property is nice, but a bit remote and not close to anything. This makes it very peaceful and quiet. It is a $6-$10 taxi ride to and from Ubud central, if you go outside the scheduled times for the free shuttle. The thing we didn't really like was the breakfast. The only thing that was served hot and fresh was the cooked eggs. Most of the other items didn't even have the warmers turned on to keep them hot, so things like bacon and sausage were served cold. When I asked them to turn on the warmers, it seemed like a lot of effort. Most of the food is uncovered, which in an outdoor dining facility meant that there were lots of bugs and flies around the food. Most of the staff were very accommodating and eager to please and the rooms are very nice, spacious and clean.

The room was amazing and the staff were amazing. We really only had 2 complaints. The pool looked kinda green and more like a little pond than a pool For swimming and the wifi was not very good in our room sometimes. About 1/3 of the time.

Really beautiful hotel just out side the crazy ubud hustle as soon as you enter in to beautiful kept hotel grounds and very friendly staff and awsome breakfast.spacious rooms but could probably benefit from a small gym on sit and maybe change the shuttle in to ubud slightly. 100% would stay again really enjoyed are stsy

Good value for money. Beautiful small resort. Facilities are great. Nice breakfast and restaurant with convenient shuttle bus to town. I loved the two interconnected rooms. They were huge and each one with bathroom, tv, fridge, balconies etc.. The only inconvenience was water related. They were conducting some maintenance / repair to a water pipe which were not communicated to us. Unexpectedly, I noticed black water coming out of the tap, toilet and bath. It took a while for the water to clear out. The following day we were left without water for 2 hrs due to the same maintenance issue. Again, we were not notified

Great resort in Ubud
We really liked this resort. Very clean, beautiful pool, room view, helpful staff, big rooms, and delicious breakfast with incredible good homemade jam!

Matige prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Een zeer slecht ontbijt, weinig keuze en zeker niet smaakvol. De ligging is ongunstig waardoor je afhankelijk bent van de hotel shuttle of eigen vervoer. Er is veel personeel die vooral staante hangen en weinig doen.

Déçue
Ce n’est pas un resort. La piscine est minuscule et peu pronfonde. Pas possible de faire des vraies longueurs. Le buffet du petit dej est juste correct, le café imbuvable par contre chose assez incroyable, le thé vert est payant! L’hotel Ne fourni pas d’eau. C’est à vous de quémander de l’eau au bar mais ça ne fonctionne que si vous avez une bouteille vide à remplir! Le lit est inconfortable et grince. Les chambres sont grandes mais pas insonorisées. Le spa est très cher et la carte des boissons et repas aussi. En plus l’hotel Est perdu au milieu de rien, compter au moins 15 minutes de marche dans les pots d’échappement pour rejoindre la ville. La navette est peu pratique puisque pas assez fréquente et se terminant tôt.
