So many food reviews about the staff! And as soon as I arrived I realised why. I came during a personal bad time and ubud and this hotel and the staff healed me. It's magical. Worth every penny and more 💞

皆んな笑顔でサービスが素晴らしい。 湯船がためられなかったり、シャワーの出が悪かったりはあったが、シャワーは即座に対応してくれた。 無料シャトルバスがとても便利で暑い中体力を温存できた。

I've stayed at Sapodilla Ubud three years ago. It is a lovely hotel. Unfortunately, this time I was moved to their sister hotel because the pool was under construction. The manager contacted me and communicated with me efficiently on the matter. Also, she gave me options as well because of the issue. The sister hotel Sabana is very clean, good wifi and the staff is friendly. The sister hotel is about 200 meters from Sapodilla, brand new (built-in 2019), and on a quiet road.

My sister and I really enjoyed our time here. The staff, specifically Eka really made the experience great and went out of there way to make you feel at home. The breakfast was okay and needs some work. But the other food options were great. If you need anything, just speak to the staff. A very unique experience. Different from other places. Give this place a try. Will definitely return.

Wow! Wo soll ich anfangen?! Das Sapodilla in Ubud hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen!! Bereits bei Ankunft wurden wir äußerst herzlich mit einem Willkommensgetränk empfangen und von da an vom gesamten Personal immer mit unseren Namen angesprochen. Das Zimmer war großartig: top sauber und bot alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich denken kann. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im ersten Stock, mit gemütlichem Balkon und Blick auf den tollen Pool. Vom Personal wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt, ob Wäscheservice, Planen von Tagestouren etc. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Ausflug zu Tempeln, Wasserfällen und Reisterassen und unser Fahrer war einfach großartig. Wir werden diesen Tag nicht vergessen. Auch haben wir im Pool ein Floating Breakfast gehabt - ein wunderbares Erlebnis! Von 15-18 Uhr gab es sogar noch eine kostenlose balinesische Tea Time, die immer köstlich war! Wir waren sehr traurig, als wir nach einer Woche abgereist sind, denn die Sapodilla Family ist uns sehr ans Herz gewachsen und wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!! Amazing!
The staff here really know how to make you feel like home (only better!) - every time you leave or return, they will always welcome you 'home' by your first names. They gave us a basic mobile phone to use and keep with us in case of any issues whilst exploring and even provided a free taxi service during our stay for anywhere within the local area. Nothing was ever too much trouble and this place is a true oasis (you would never believe this is just off a main road, nor could you tell once you're lounging out by the pool). We stayed in the poolside King's suite which was cleaned and prepared twice daily! We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Sapodilla is beautiful small quiet boutique hotel with a great breakfast, relaxing pool and lots of greenery. Walking distantance everywhere. Staff at Sapodilla is exceptional. Loved my stay. Will be back.

Hotelli sijaitsee lähellä keskustaa pääkadun varressa. Huoneet siistit ja hiljaiset. Huoneen hintaan kuuluu kuljetus Ubutin keskustaan ja mukaan saatavalla puhelimella tilattava nouto hotellille. 편안하고 아름다운 숙소로 추천합니다
적은 규모의 호텔, 가족같이 친절한 서비스, 깔끔하고 포근한 객실, 픽드랍 서비스로 편안한 관광! 사람이 많이 없어서 편하게 수영장도 이용했어요. 제일 좋았던 건 우붓 시내를 무료로 픽업. 드랍 해주는 점이에요~ 호텔에서 객실마다 핸드폰을 제공해서 어디서든 편하게 이용했습니다. 그리고 언제든 친절하게 서비스 해주고, 이름까지 불러주며 대접받는 기분을 느끼게 해주었네요. 우붓 숙소로 강추합니다 :)

Friendly and efficient staff, thorough with information given about the property. Small complex, quiet and relaxing. Pool temperature was warm; there was a seat around the edge but no steps to enter. Big shower. Good air con. Firm bed but comfy. Complimentary shuttle around Ubud was handy. We enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea on our patio. Breakfast was sufficient, order from a menu, 6 options of 3 courses plus tea, coffee & juice.

좋아요 아주!!
생각보다 룸도 크고 깨끗하고 특히 욕실에서 냄새가 안나서 너무 좋았어요! 발리 고급 리조트에 가도 가끔씩 욕실에서 곰팡이 냄새가 나거나 그런 경우가 있었는데 사포딜라는 연식에 비해서 관리가 너무 잘되어 있었어요! 한가지 단점은...타월 오래된건 조금 교체할 필요가 있을것 같아요!!

1階の部屋は全室テラスから入れる開放的な入り口でおすすめです。テラスにはソファーやテーブルが置いてあり、プールに直結しています。 バスルームと洗面所の奥にシャワー室とトイレがあるので、バスタブに浸かりたい場合は全て閉める必要があります。バリのホテルでは一般的みたいですが。 アメニティは、虫除け、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、ボディージェル、バスソルト、歯ブラシ、裁縫セット、ドライヤー、タオルがあります。 朝食のインドネシア料理のコースは女性には丁度よい量でした。他は一般的なメニューです。コーンフレークを選んでも、サイドディッシュが付きます。チェックアウト時にはホテルの名前が入ったセンスをプレゼントしてくれました。 携帯を貸してくれ、無料で近くを送迎してくれますが、ライステラスは市外になので行ってくれません。 フロントがタクシーを呼んでくれますが、ブルーバードでないことが多く、気をつけた方が良いです。 「どこへ往復したいから、全部でいくら」とタクシーと交渉し、フロントと料金を確認してから出発するべきです。そうしないと、出先で「待つからホテルに電話しないで」とドライバーから言われてあちこちつれまわされたり、予定外の時間と割高なお金を払うことになります。タクシー料金は、チェックアウト時にホテルに支払います。

L’hôtel n'est signalé que par un petit panneau noyé dans des dizaine d'autres , le parking est petit , mais le personnel fait tout pour simplifier le problème y compris laver la voiture. L’accueil est chaleureux, les chambres sont vastes et propres donnant sur un petit jardin avec piscine. Nous y avons passé quatre jours très agréables.

Staff were fantastic and very accommodating Great room service facilities and would bring afternoon tea to the pool Also they give you a little phone to call them to come get you in ubud as sometimes you can wonder off quite far into town.

The staff were very kind and genuinely wanted to ensure guests felt safe and at home. The rooms are beautiful as are the bathrooms and outside spaces.

I loved how the staff made me feel so welcome, nothing was too much trouble. It felt almost like a family which was lovely. Food was incredible and my room was fantastic! I was in 206 which was just away enough for privacy and had a lovely view of the pool etc. I can’t wait to go back

As a solo female traveler I felt so safe and I was treated incredibly well. The staff says that they want you to feel at home and the do everything to make you feel that way. The room was very large with a gorgeous balcony. I still dream about the bathtub, pool and the room service was delicious. I also tried the floating breakfast and flower bath, AMAZING! The shuttle service was great but the location was so convenient that I didn’t even need it. I plan to stay here again in the future.
