Love this place! There are many bad reviews which we couldn't understand why!! Staff at this place are so nice and always greet you. Pool is lovely and kept clean. Room in quite basic but not a problem for us. It was clean, the bed was super comfy, there were windows which opened, and a balcony with chairs and a table! Fresh breakfast is made to order for you and delivered to your balcony! Such a central location too with markets, shows and lots of food options close by!!! Can't fault We had no problems at this place!! Would love to come and stay again

The hotel's breakfast and location are the best it has. It is fine for a few days, very dirty in general the room, bathroom and towels were black with dirt. It is in a very good area of ​​ubud from which you can walk to Monkey Forest, Minimarkets, Restaurants, etc.

El horario de check in se supone que es hasta las 00hs. Nosotras llegamos a las 23 y no había nadie, solo un cartel con mi nombre y el número de habitación. Nos llevó media hora encontrarla. Hubiese sido muy útil un mapa de cómo estaba distribuido el lugar. La habitación tenía telarañas y uno de los mosquiteros estaba roto. Hay que destacar que el desayuno estaba bastante bien y la ubicación muy buena, aunque es un poco dificil de encontrar porque está al final de una calle medió escondida.

The location of the bungalows in was perfect, behause they werde located in the center of Ubud. BUT the condition of the whole hotel was horrible. We slept in humid blankets, the hygienic of the wc was horrible and disgusting.. there was even mildew on the walls of the shower.. We ate once breakfast there and the omelet with toast was eatable, but we choose to eat the rest of the mornings in a café.

Super localisation à très peu de frais !
Endroit très bien localisé, doit marcher un tout petit peu avec les valises dans la ruelle. Ça se fait très bien. Grande chambre, manque de propreté dans les recoins et un peu de fourmis dans la chambre, lit ferme. Mais très bon service, bon petit déjeuner, grande terrasse pour s'asseoir dehors pour déjeuner et pour la fin de soirée. J'ai été énormément surprise par l'ensemble pour seulement le prix payé. Wifi lent mais accessible. Expérience très bonne !

Gid beliggenhed til billige penge
Virkelig god beliggenhed til meget billige penge. Der er ikke daglig rengøring. Ok morgenmad og pool. Venligt personale. Trods tæt på meget trafik er her overraskende stille. Dårligt wifi.

The room was very dirty, mattress was disgusting, ants, flies and mosquitoes in the room. We end up having itchy and allergic body. No soaps and shampo provided. They don't change linen or towels. No laundry services. We would not recommend anyone staying in this place.

Photo non conforme à photo. Le ménage n'était pas fait à notre arriver hors ils nous ont fais attendre 40 minutes pour le faire mais rien étais balayer. Le lendemain nous avons passé les clefs pour qu'il le refasse rien n'était fais non plus. Ormi ça l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien situé non loin de toutes les différentes activités diverses à faire sur Ubud

I really liked the location. I do not like that they are not responsible for the daily cleaning of the rooms or even the common areas. They do not provide any toiletries, not even a bar of soap for basic grooming. The wall connectors do not work properly The Wifi practically does not exist.

Chambre limite de l insalubre. Draps non changés meme après notre demande. Les cousins sont dégoutants et moisis. La chambre sans le renfermé plus plus plus. Les wc dégoutants( obligé de faire ses besoins debout), ainsi que la salle de bain. Obligé de se doucher en claquettes. Clim tres bruyante et fonctionne peu. Wifi casi inexistante. Serviettes de toilette limite en propreté. Petit déjeuner dégoutant ( beurre et confiture, dont tout le monde s est servi , reste sur la table au soleil longtemps. Tasses dégoutantes. Personnel pas sympa. Un hotel à fuir

Séjour en famille suarsena bungalow ubud
Nos avons séjourné 5 jours, les chambres étaient dans l’ensemble bien, seul bémol pas de rideau sur certaines fenêtres, donc levé du soleil t’es tôt, pas de savon, petit déjeuné basic , œuf, toast ou pancake, boisson chaude, et fruits. Accueil chaleureux, propose location de scooter et taxi.... Très difficile en négociation.

Séjour à Suarsena
Nous avons adoré, pour preuve nous devions rester 2 jours, nous sommes restés 6 jours. Nous avons même été surclassé.dans la chambre 7 proche de la piscine., malheureuse l’application ne peut pas ajouter les photos prise. Le petit déjeuné est légé, œuf,toast, boisson chaude et fruit. Pour le prix ça vraiment le coup Seul petit bémol manque des rideaux dans les chambre dès que le soleil se lève on le ressent pour les personnes qui aiment dormir dans le noir complet.

The Location is good, near Ubud palace and all the things that Ubud provides. The accommodation needs a fresh make over and they have to maintain it everyday. Your room won’t be cleaned if you ask them to, towels, toilet paper idem. The people that work there are to young in my opinion so they haven’t the adult thinking yet. I never saw a person during my stay cleaning the floor that I was and I was there for a week. The room it self was ok, no ac but ok I had a ventilator so that was ok. The toilet was leaking, the bed was repaired with to wooden shelf’s, the lamp was broke and the hygiene was not that great. I didn’t complain because the price was cheap, if you pay peanuts you get monkeys they say. But a reasonable and fair review would be a good thing.

Ville aldrig tilbyde min mor en nat her!
Vi rejser meget og har oplevet meget. Men dette sted er under al kritik. Vi brokker os sjældent, da man få hvad man betaler for. MEN, ingen rengøring og et værelse fyldt med skimmelsvamp med efterfølgende sygdom er mere end vores ellers hærdede backpackersind kunne klare. Der er heller ingen safety boks på værelset og der er ingen sikkerhed for dine værdigenstande. Selvom døren var låst, kunne man åbne den på klem og kigge ind. WiFi virkede ikke under hele vores ophold. Jeg vil anbefale folk at bo i dette område, men finde et andet hotel. Det eneste der trækker op i denne anmeldelse er morgenmad ( ikke noget stort og fancy), der bliver serveret på terrassen.

DO NOT STAY HERE. We tried to go back into our room after dinner and the key broke. The staff didn't have a spare key and we couldn't have access to our stuff. They put us in a different room with damp, mouldy pillows and no air con. In the morning, they refused to give us a refund for our room and tried to make us pay for cutting a new key. We are very disappointed with our stay and do not recommend this place. There was no sense of urgency to try and solve the situation.

The bungalow is conveniently located in central Ubud, making it easy to explore the town and access to shops. However the building is old and in need of a good clean. The standard room I stayed in does not have cupboard or any place to hang clothes. Towels were provided upon request but you need to bring your own soap and shampoo. The bed sheets and towels should be replaced. Bathroom walls, basin and toilet bowls are stained. Shower drainage is very slow. For people who need clean room, toilet and bathroom, this place is not for you. If you are on a budget and can overlook the above shortcomings, this is a reasonable accommodation.

Overall an average stay. Rooms were a good size. Towels were not very clean but if you needed anything you could just go down to the front desk and ask. Staff were nice and breakfast everyday was good. Better if you ordered earlier in the morning then later. It’s what you expect for the price as you are paying to be right downtown in Ubud which it was.
