The homestay is within walking distance of the Main Street of Ubud which makes it very convenient. The rooms are comfortable; not a five star hotel by any means but staff are very accommodating and warm. Overall, a good value for the price.

Angenehmes Homestay mit vielen Extras
+ Idyllische Unterkunft in zentraler Lage + Leckeres Frühstück draußen vor dem Zimmer + Schöner Pool zum Abkühlen + Es können tolle Touren über das Homestay gebucht werden, bei denen man auch Einblicke in das lokale Geschehen erhält + Wir wurden auch mitten in der Nacht vom Flughafen abgeholt und angenehm mit kühlen Wasser begrüßt - Ubud war während unseres Aufenthalts (März) ziemlich überlaufen. Die Unterkunft war jedoch in allen Belangen super!

I payed for two nights with expedia and upon my arrival at 8pm, I was told by the front desk that the second night was not available. I was tired, and they wanted me to wait with them to contact expedia which took an hour before they decided to hang up because they could not get through to expedia. I tried to explain to them during this hour of me standing at the front desk that this was between them and expedia and I was tired and on vacation, and needed to check into my room so that I could sleep. They wouldn't let me have the room and told me to stop causing problems. Overall, this was a very disheartening experience. I was left on the street at 9pm and had to go across the street to the Best Western which was three times the cost. I wouldn't stay here and I wouldn't use expedia to book hotels in Bali as this happened to several people I spoke to- they arrived to their hotel with their expedia reservation already paid, and it was already booked by someone else.

방도 깨끗하고, 직원들도 정말 친절하다. 아침 조식이 예쁘고 맛도 좋았다. 조식을 선택할 수 있어서 4일내내 아침이 기대되었고, 아침에 주는 따뜻한 물도 건강에 너무 많이 도움이 되었다. 우붓시장 중심으로 거리도 걸을만한 거리였다. 한달 발리생활하면서 4일씩 거처를 옮겨 갔지만, 우붓에 간다면 또 가고 싶은 숙소다. (발리에서 개미는 어디에든 있다. 4성급호텔에도)

Absolutely wonderful family homestay
My husband and I had a delightful stay at the Suparsa Family's Homestay. We were greeted with smiles and cold mango drinks upon arrival, shown to our room and checked in with a brief talk. As soon as we could we hopped into the lovely cooling pool and relaxed for the rest of the evening. The major thoroughfare of Ubud is a short walk down the road where you can find all sorts of food, drink, shopping and beautiful things to look at. Putra and Ketut provided us with a very helpful local map and pointed out very useful sights. We spent the week having massages, a cooking class and an excursion up into the mountains for a visit to a gorgeous waterfall, palace and place of worship. Reasonably priced, every aspect of our simple room and stay were wonderfully clean and attended to from the beautiful breakfast delivered to our doorstep every day to the hot water and beverages provided by the family. We were delighted by the security and attentiveness the entire family provided. So very glad we decided to choose a homestay versus a hotel or other accommodation that would've left a much more impersonal feel. We would definitely recommend Suparsa's Family Homestay to anyone looking for a genuine, pocketbook friendly stay wether short or long term. We hope to bring our children with next time and for this price we can afford to! Thank you Suparsa Family!!

Great location and staff
Once you get inside the courtyard, it is an attractive location on a quieter street in downtown. Great gluten-free bakery at the corner on the main street. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Pleasant breakfast served outside the room. My husband enjoyed cooling off in the pool. There was a smell of sewage one night, but I think this was a municipal problem and not the hotel's fault.

Everybody at the homestay was very friendly! Breakfast was excellent. You can tell them what time you want breakfast to be served. Room was impeccable. They made the bed everyday and replaced towels every 2 days. Hot water flask provided every morning and every night. Tris and his brother can speak good English and they can drive you around Ubud if you ask.

Rigtig hyggeligt lille sted, super søde og hjælpsomme mennesker. Vi fik ikke morgenmad, så de gav juice i stedet. De hjalp os også med at bekræfte vores tur videre, og gav os koldt vand med til turen. Det kan varmt anbefales - ligger centralt, men tilbagetrukket fra Main st.

Incredible family with well kept units.
An excellent stay. The family is incredibly welcoming and warm. Clean rooms. Small but you're there to sleep and shower. Putra, the son, is an excellent tour guide. Spent two days going around the island with him. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!!
Such a lovely Homestay in a great part of Ubud. The room was lovely, best shower I’ve had in Bali! The family were really wonderful and attentive. There is nothing I can’t fault, I had a great time. Comfy bed, quiet, aircon, pool and easy location! The breakfast was always interesting, but delicious. 5/5!!

Great Stay!
I stayed here for 4 nights. It is in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few blocks from the main street of Ubud. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful, and there was hot water/coffee/tea out in the afternoon at your private table outside your room. They were in process of putting in a pool when I was there, but most likely complete now.

GREAT HOMESTAY
One of the best places I've stayed in Asia! I highly recommend this place purely based on the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! They really couldn't have done anymore for me and the free breakfast was delicious and filling, and healthy! Lots of fruit. I booked my trips, transport and entertainment through them as well and they gave me honest advice and a good reasonable price. I arrived late at night and was welcomed with a big plate of fruit and some fresh water, I was a bit flustered as the location is wrongly marked on maps.me so it took me a long time to find it but the staff more than made up for this. Room clean, comfortable and relaxing, with as much tea and coffee as you like.

Magnífica casa de huéspedes y algunas dificultades
Preciosa y bien equipada casa de huéspedes en el centro de Ubud pero no en su calle principal. El establecimiento tiene dos pisos y un patio con mucho encanto. La limpieza, el comfort y la estética son incuestionables. El desayuno es servido en la terraza de tu propia habitación y disponen de un thermo con agua caliente para servirse té y café en cualquier momento del día. El personal es extraordinariamente atento y servicial. Ofrecen servicios de tours como muchos otros en la ciudad. Elegimos un tour privado pero quisimos personalizarlo por lo que el precio se vió incrementado un 25%, lo cual aceptamos sin problema. Una vez acordado y cerrado el precio, nos pidieron otras Rp. 25.000 adicionales en concepto de estacionamiento de vehículo, a lo que accedimos también. Desgraciadamente, a la hora de pagar pidieron a nuestra pareja acompañante otras Rp. 50.000 por un trayecto por el que un taxi pide Rp. 25.000 para poder recogerlos en su hotel al día siguiente, lo que resultó inapropiado, excesivo y de muy mal gusto. Considero que a pesar de que la cantidad era pequeña, el detalle de nuestro anfitrión es poco ejemplar.

Vi brugte Suparsa´s som base og rejste ud derfra, men tilbragte over en uge der i alt. Familien var søde til at hjælpe med hvad end man spurgte om, og der var fint rent. Virkelig en sød familie der driver stedet. Man kan sagtens gå rundt i Ubud fra homestayet, så man behøver ikke bruge penge på transport.

Lovely family and convenient location
Nothing to fault about this homestay. The owners are incredibly helpful and friendly. Walk to the markets and main street is only 5 minutes. They organised a driver to take us on a tour of the East Bali, and have many other tours on offer. Not to mention the breakfast fruit plate was my favourite thing to wake up to every morning! Will definitely be back.

Très bonne homestay
J'ai pris une chambre supérieure à 14€ environ par nuit. Cette homestay est bien située pour aller au centre, Crète du campahan, Monnet Forest à pied ... service de café et eau en libre service ! Dans la rue il y a le restaurant de la fondation. fair warung bale ou in mange très bien ( conseil thon au pesto ...) mais réserver à l'avance sur internet... La famille est très arrangeante, serviable et aux petits soins pour leur client. Je suis passée par eux pour le Mont Batur, les transferts et spectacle de Danse .. les prix sont raisonnables voir attractifs par rapport à ce qui se fait dans le rue. Ils vous renseignent et sont vraiment très gentils. Je ne peux que vous recommandez cet endroit à Ubud.

Friendly staff and great spot for a night or two!
Quaint little spot perfect for a couple of nights. My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights. The staff was very friendly and welcomed us with fresh fruit. The room was small, but perfect for us. The shower was great with a rainfall style showerhead. The bed was stiffer than we were used to, but we slept alright. The traffic noise can get loud, but it didn't keep us up at night at all. The location isn't too far from the main market street in Ubud. There was a very well priced laundry mat nearby, which is where we dropped our clothes off and they were ready the next day. The wifi works well, but the signal isn't strong enough to watch Netflix or play a heavy data mobile game. It works well to check emails and social media. I would recommend Suparsa's, especially for the price!

ウブドの中心部まで歩いて行けて、朝食(果物と簡易なパンケーキ)が付いて一部屋この価格であれば、文句ありません。シャワーはきちんとお湯も出たし、湯量も問題ありませんでした。ただし、ベッドシーツもタオルも清潔ですが、お世辞にも素敵なホテルとは言えないので、ホームステイと割り切れる方に限ります。

Great stay, wonderful and extremely helpful owners on hand. Absolutely did not try to sell me any tours aside from just mentioning they offer it. Once I came in and got settled, I was given a map and things to do were pointed out to me. Room was impeccably clean and the porch from which you can have your breakfast is wonderful. Only slight discomfort say the lack of air conditioning. The fan proved sufficient once left on long enough.

The staffs are very warmth, helpful and friendly, I really like them. The room is very clean and nice. Walkable distance to the shopping area and restaurants, you can find everything in 5 min walks. They also serve homemade breakfast and fruits and provide free refillable water. Recommend!!!!!! Nothing worth more than this.

朝食がおいしくて美しい。いつも微笑みで対応してくれて心温まる家族
チェックインした部屋が何度も電源が落ち部屋の交換を依頼したところ、その日はシーリングファンの部屋しか空きがないが明日エアコンの部屋が空き次第移、動してよいということでこちらの態度がよくなかったにも拘らず、快く対応してくれて嬉しかった。また、ゴアガジャ周辺のドライブや帰路のビーチ立ち寄りなどにも対応してもらえて初級バリ観光者としてはとても助かった。

Süßes Homestay im Herzen von Ubud
Wärmer Empfang mit frischem Obst und Tee/ Kaffee. Nettes Personal, die sich toll um einen kümmern. Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Haus mit warmer Wasser und Tee/ Kaffee. Gutes Frühstück. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer mit angrenzendem Bad. Dieses war gut geputzt aber leider etwas abgenutzt und sah daher nicht so "frisch" aus... wir würden wieder kommen, der Preis ist wirklich unschlagbar!

Wirklich großartiges Haus. Wunderbar und ausgesprochen sauber und freundlich geführt von einer tollen Familie. Man kam mir auf dem Kulanzweg entgegen, als ich kurzfristig eine bei ihnen gebuchte Tour abbestellen musste, und ich bekam 100% zurückerstattet. Man fühlt sich echt wohl dort. 5-15 min. zu Fuß zu allen Attraktionen Ubuds (mit Ausnahme des Monkey Temple, der ist knapp eine halbe Stunde weg). Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Quiet and friendly
This was a perfect place to stay! It was very quiet and comfortable. Fruit offered every day including breakfast. Rooms are located among beautiful plants and trees. Barely a ten minute walk to the main strip. I felt very safe. My only complaint was the water temperature from the shower. Warm water was sporadic, so most of the time was cold. Though given how hot it is here, it was also refreshing.

Das Homestay wird von einer sehr netten Familie geführt. Wir hatten für drei Nächte ein Superior Zimmer welches mit Klima ausgestattet war und eigenem Badezimmer. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück ist gut. Während des Tages gibt es auch immer wieder Früchte welche vor dem Zimmer platziert werden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir können dieses Homestay weiterempfehlen.

One of the best
Exceeded expectations. It started with a friendly smile at the airport through a pre-arranged pick up including a bottle of water for the drive to Ubud. The grounds of the homestay are beautiful and the room was beyond what I was expecting. Clean and modern, a king bed, modern ensuite with the biggest shower rose I have ever seen! Effective air conditioning and the highlight each morning was the fruit plate including dragon fruit, salak, lychees, pineapple etc. as well as hot food including an omelette or toasted sandwich. Delivery to your room of a hot water thermos throughout the day for making tea and coffee - what more could you ask for. And the friendliest staff cap it all off. Don't even think about staying anywhere else. I'll be back for sure.

More than good value for money!
Fantastic value for money! Nice room with well working aircondition... Had a balcony with a vue over the rooftops - couldn't ask for more, especially not at that price! Great breakfast served every morning. I recommend a walk through the ricefields of Ubud - then you get to see the real Bali, free from tourists (met maximum 10 on my 4 hour walk.

Tropical hideaway with excellent service!
Great place! The airport pick up was excellent and reasonable priced (especially since my flight arrived at midnight) The room itself was clean and big and the A/C worked great. Every morning there was a thermos of boiling water and stuff to make instant coffee (but not bad for instant) outside my door on a little table. As soon as I made coffee they would ask if I was ready for breakfast (I didn't like the food, but I am a very picky eater, so take that with a grain of salt) The only negative is the distance from the main town area (5-10 min walk to anything) but well worth it for the quiet. Overall I really liked my stay :) Oh and wifi worked well! Always a plus here as most places have had rather slow, unreliable internet...
