The Udaya is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and very will to help out. Communication was made very easily. The only downside to our stay is there was always ants in our bed. Every night we had to look through the covers and sheets to pick out the ants before bed. Staff at reception were notified about the issue.

Fabulous property! All of the Staff were SO friendly and service oriented. We loved our pool suite as it was private and spacious. The property is lush with greenery, flowers, a gorgeous Koi pond and waterfalls along the way to our room. The Deeva restaurant served a excellent breakfast with a wide variety of fresh and delicious food to choose from. They have different themed evenings so we got all our meals there. We even took a fun Balinese cooking class. I enjoyed a wonderful 90 minute hot-stone massage that was one of the best I have ever experienced. The Udaya Resort and Spa rates 5 stars with me.

Totally enjoyed our stay at the Udaya . The resort is clean, peaceful and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything we had at the restaurant was delicious and especially the morning breakfast there was always a fresh selection of fruits and pastries.W e also took part in the yoga classes held in a beautiful setting, and the nature walk held in the morning. This is truly a tropical experience. Lush green plants and beautiful orchids abound with plenty of koi and lotus filled water pools. There were even waterfalls on the way our beautiful pool suite. We felt truly pampered with the exceptional service by all staff members. The Deeva Restaurant is where we basically had all of our meals because we loved it so much. Breakfast was included and the menu variety was vast and so very fresh and delicious. Dinner had so many options and everything we tried was very good. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel stays my husband and I have ever experienced. Last but not least book a treatment at the Spa. Again, simply EXCEPTIONAL. 5-Star all around.

This resort was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was amazing, food was great. There was a surprising menu of complimentary services of which we enjoyed the afternoon tea. They shuttle you to town center where you can walk the town or even to the monkey forest. If I return to Ubud, this is where I will stay!!

I travel a lot around the world, and this has been the hotel with the most courteous staff and best service E-V-E-R. They really go above and beyond, I booked a tour from the lobby and Putra took me to the water temple, he even brought me an offering (incense, flowers and fruits) from his home because he knew the shops at the temple would be close at my arrival, the people in this hotel made my experience unforgettable.

Our stay at The Udaya Resorts & Spa was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They consistently checked in to make sure everything was going well and were always happy to help with anything we needed, which made the experience feel very personal and thoughtful. Our room was cleaned daily, and we loved coming back to fresh towels and the thoughtful turndown service each evening. It really added a special touch to the stay. The property is in a great location—you can easily walk to nearby cafés and restaurants. If you want to explore more, it’s a quick motorbike or taxi ride to the Ubud Market, and the hotel also offers a free shuttle which makes getting around very convenient. The on-site restaurant was excellent, and the pool area was one of our favorite parts. It was never crowded, which made it feel like you had your own peaceful infinity pool. Overall, I would 100% recommend staying here. If you’re visiting Ubud and looking for a relaxing, beautiful place with exceptional service, you won’t regret it!
