Nice hotell, would like it more if it had a restaurant / food available. And better breakfast. Pool area is fantastic. Gym new, so maybe they will fix , need air condition/ fans and weights.

Don't Do It!

Horrible! The pictures were clearly never updated since the opening of the hotel. The pool was not maintained or cleaned. The free breakfast was not on site. You would need to take a shuttle bus to a second location for breakfast or have room service but run the risk of your food being cold. We were greeted with a welcome drink and I immediately noticed that my glass was not clean. I was hesitant to drink from it, but the staff kept insisting that we try it. Which sadly I did. I was then asked to pay for our 6 days, 5 nights stay, which I thought was another red flag. But, I didn't want to be offend anyone and I paid for our stay. My credit card was yanked out of my hand. When we got to our room, there was an immediate septic tank smell. The lighting was dim and not adequate for the size of the room. There were no trash bins anywhere. The bathroom shower curtains had stains. The toilet stopped working throughout the night. The bathroom had one glass shutter window allowing lizards and mosquitoes to enter. My friend and did not sleep all night. I was itching from the bed sheets and left with a rash. My friend and I both got Bali belly. My symptoms progressed into a fever and bronchitis. We spent less than 24 hours in this hotel and immediately left 8 am the next morning. Our last week in Bali was spent in bed in a new hotel, recovering from our experience at this hotel. I asked about getting a refund and they gave every excuse to not compensate us. I'm trying to fight this!

Hôtel agréable

Nous avons séjourner dans une chambre pour 4 personnes. La chambre est assez grande. Le coffre fort n'est pas fixé. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le seul point négatif, le petit déjeuner. La piscine top, mais attention l'hôtel est un peu loin, rien à pied.

Hotellet var väldigt bra, trevlig personal som var väldigt service inriktade! Både god mat, trevligt gym och så bra med en välkomstmassage. Rekommenderar verkligen!😍 Det enda negativa var deras Wi-Fi, då jag kopplades bort från de en del gånger. Men annars jättebra!

Loved this hotel!! Low key but very comfortable. The room is huge and so is the bathroom. The service is top notched. Everyone is super friendly, but that's also the case in most of Bali.

Ihana paratiisi. Syrjäinen sijainti, lähellä kuitnekin amrketti ja hyvä kahvila. Ubudin keskustaan ei voinut oikeen lähteä pyörällä tai kävellen, sen verran vilkasliikenteinen oli katu joka johti kaupunkiin. Hotelli järjesti tietyin kelloinajoin ilmaisen shuttle-bus kuljetuksen keskustaan ja takaisin. Maksamalla pienen summan sai kuljetuksen haluamallaan kellonajalla. Erittäin toimiva systeemi. Hyvä aamiainen. Ihana allasalue. Sijainti takasi rauhallisen ympäristön. Kuntosali oli pettymys, 3 heikosti toimivaa laitetta.

This hotel was one of the most amazing places I've stayed during my first trip to Bali! It is located slightly away from the main road which gives this place a more private and quiet place to stay in. At the start, the hotel staff welcomed us at the gate and she was really helpful in helping us with our luggage. Once at the counter, she explained to us about the various amenities and complimentary activities at the hotel. We were so amazed by the broad range of complimentary activities for the guests such as yoga sessions etc. They also have free shuttle services to the town centre or bicycles for us to rent (subject to availability). When we entered our room, we were amazed at how big the family room was. The room was spacious and it was well-lighted. The staff turned on the aircon for us before we arrived so that the room is cooled. The staff even introduce to us the various parts of the room before leaving the room to ourselves. Moreover, the staff here were very accommodative. As it was one of my friend's birthday, we told the staff that we would like to have a mini celebration for that friend when we were there. The next day, the staff managed to get a cake and surprise him during the breakfast session. Indeed, I would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a more private and relaxation hotel!

Nice little hotel, 10 minutes to ubud

It's a lovely small hotel. We liked how the pool was at our doorstep, nice tranquil setting. The room was very large and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Not the best breakfast I've had, but it was ok. The location is about 10-15 minutes from Ubud central. They have a free shuttle every couple of hours. Would be good if there was another one later at night than the last one at 8:30, perhaps 9:30-10pm as well would be good. Overall a nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

ウブドらしい村のなかの小さなホテル

ウブドの中心街から村の奥へ車で１０分くらいの静かな小さなホテル。 バスでウブドまできたのでタクシーでホテルまでいくことになった。 客室はとても広く、ベランダからプールが一望できた。入室して早々、でっかいゴキブリの死骸とベランダにはへピの抜け殻がありました。 扉の隙間から蟻の侵入と、ベランダの扉をあけたときに子供のヤモリが迷いこんだりと自然に囲まれているせいか日本の田舎にきたようでした。 シャワーは溜め込み式のため、お湯を使いすぎると水になるので配分を考えて使用しないとならないです。 私たちの宿泊プランは朝食無料でしたが毎回レストランスタッフに朝食がついてないといわれ説明をしスタッフはフロントに毎回確認をとっていました。 夜食にナシゴレンをレストランで食べました、ウブドの繁華街のレストランよりも量も多く安くておいしかったです。 スタッフの皆さんはいつも親切でした。ウブドらしい村の中にあるホテル、繁華街からは遠いので買い物等するには不便ですがゆっくり過ごすにはよいところだとおもいます。 ホテルにはシャトルバスがあるが中心街の最終のお迎えが８時半と早いので時間配分をうまくするのがよい。 今度はバイクレンタルして一階の部屋にとまってみたいです。
