The property itself is absolutely beautiful and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. We felt very welcomed. One thing, that was kinda a bummer was that the pool closes at 6 pm, which includes the hot tub. Also, with this place being so close to the jungle, you will have typical jungle experiences such as monkeys running across the roof and peeing into your private pools unfortunately. You also have insects all around you, and little lizards but I will say it is all part of the experience and we all still enjoyed our time, and would recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay at The Kayon Valley Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and cleaned every day. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of choices, and the entire resort was beautifully maintained. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly relaxing. We highly recommend this resort and would love to come back! 🌿✨

This hotel lived up to all of our expectations. Gorgeous interior, stunning, lush surroundings, peaceful atmosphere. The staff was fantastic through and through but Indah made a lasting impression. We cannot recommend this place enough.

Nice room, staff looked after any concerns we had with room. It was great seeing monkeys on the balcony in the mornings. The staff were amazing, Fajar, Ari, Nani, Krishna, Nathan, Widnayana… just to name a few! We loved seeing them everyday. Bed was so comfy and loved the private pool and jacuzzi. Location was great! It was nice and quiet and peaceful, but still not too far to go into town.

My betrothed and I had an absolutely wonderful time here. From the very beginning we were treated amazingly. The entire staff is just extremely nice and attentive. Any questions or issues we had were handled impeccably. The breakfast is nothing short of amazing and it was a pleasure to wake up knowing the breakfast that awaited. We booked the premier pool villa and it was very spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is the perfect temperature and deep enough to have a short swim. The bed is gigantic and sooo comfortable. Made dealing with the jet lag a breeze. Even when we encountered a small issue, the staff came to our rescue and handled everything as I would have wished. Absolutely no complaints. As a bonus they had a small gathering to celebrate a Balinese event to which everyone at the resort was invited, explaining what the event is and what it stands for. Complete with local snacks and cocktails. A lovely surprise. I would definitely recommend booking one of their tours. Our driver Edi was absolutely amazing and showed us all around Ubud asking for our preferences so we could have a truly custom experience. We also booked the spa, and oh my. They managed to remove knots that were so embedded in me I thought it was normal. Professionals through and through. In the evening we ate at their KePitu restaurant every single night because of how good the food was. Their local food is so incredibly delicious. Do yourselves a favour and treat yourselves.

A really good stay! Room was delightful (i was in 301 - i think probably the best pool... truly fantastic!). Breakfast was good - for the price of the room, i think fresh juice should be included (as it is in other 5 star hotels). The range of options was good. Having to pay for water at breakfast also was not great. This should be included. Turn down service was provided upon request. I would come back, but given other 5 star stays I have had in Bali, i would choose those options first. Not having to ask/request services is top of that reasoning.

Excellent hotel for honeymoon

Really recommend this hotel! From the moment we got there, we saw how the staff was so helpful, professional and happy. They made sure we had the best days there. The hotel is amazing, the bedroom is wonderful (perfect for honeymoon) and the food was great!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who’s looking to celebrate a special occasion like honeymoon or anniversary. The staff go above and beyond to make sure that you’re well taken care of during your stay.
