"Overall, our stay was good. The hotel was clean, the rooms were well maintained, and housekeeping did a great job. The room was cleaned daily, and the staff we interacted with were generally helpful. However, we had a very disappointing experience with the air conditioning during the night. The AC appeared to be turned off from the hotel’s side multiple times. We called reception around 3:00 AM, and they turned it back on, but it was switched off again shortly afterwards. We called several more times, but eventually our calls were no longer answered. As a result, we had an uncomfortable night and were unable to sleep properly until the morning. This continued until around 10:00 AM and significantly affected our stay. While the cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel were good, this issue with the air conditioning and the lack of response from reception left a negative impression."
