"The room was large, clean, and very aesthetically pleasing. We got the top room 108 for a family of 4. It’s hard to find accommodation large enough but this was really nice. Kids on mattresses on floor. The manager owns 3 hotels and had everything running smoothly. Shower hot, soap and shampoo supplied. Brilliant chefs who run everything. I loved my chai and our meals. "Breakfast menu was varied. Reception staff were not helpful. Staff in restaurant good. Basic room., musty smell in the room. A C worked intermittently. And if you want to have a nap in the afternoon forget it. Constant noise of trailers pushed past the room, making sleep impossible. "

"Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider enttäuscht, und dies gleich aus mehreren Gründen. Die Bilder im Internet lassen die Unterkunft deutlich attraktiver aussehen als in Wirklichkeit. Die Zimmer sind ganz nett, wenn auch sehr einfach. Leider wurde unser Zimmer weder gereinigt, noch Handtücher ausgetauscht oder Wasserflaschen nachgereicht. Auch das Frühstück ist sehr enttäuschend. Kaffeeautomat defekt, dünner Instandkaffee der nicht schmeckte, kaum Auswahl. Am ersten Morgen gab es gar kein Buffet...

"Le seul problème est que nous n'avons pas été logés dans l'hôtel réservé au départ, le "Juna Mahal". En effet, le cuisinier de cet hôtel étant en congé, le petit déjeuner n'était pas disponible. On nous a donc transférés vers un autre hôtel : le "Raj Mandir" afin de bénéficier de la prestation petit déjeuner. J'avais réservé le premier hôtel une chambre avec vue sur le fort, pour le deuxième hôtel nous avions une chambre avec vue sur une étroite ruelle... Il aurait été appréciable de nous...

"Une adresse catégorie routard bon marché. Emplacement idéal pour les visites. Vue imprenable du rooftop avec petit en cas. Pour les plus grosses faims restaurant du palace (bon rapport qualité-prix) à deux pas de là. Distributeur de billets plus loin dans la ville."

"Good: the staff is great service oriented. Breakfast was also good with enough items to select from. I do not understand how this is 5 star hotel and heritage. 1. Room smelled 2. Humid 3. Aged floor 4. Light bulbs not working in bathroom 5. No wash cloth in bathroom 6. Towels were little yellowed 7. They give you lock and key which does not make it heritage. 8. All rooms window faces hallways so if you keep drapes open then all those passes bu to get to their room will look in your room....

"Wonderful, atmospheric & quirky hotel with comfortable rooms, kind & helpful staff & delicious vegetarian menu ( especially the garlic naan!). Traditional musicians played both nights we were there & loved to involve the guests. Great location just round the corner from the stepwell & near the clock tower & market. Nearby secure parking. Steep stairs so wouldn’t be great if you have vertigo!"
