"Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world, and I've travelled a decent bit. The hotel is amazing, like something out of a fairy tale. Every thing is exquisite. The hospitality is out of this world; lovely staff all around, who go out of their way to make everything as convenient as possible, with the lightest touch. Definitely coming back."

"We enjoyed our stay. This hotel is in the hustle and bustle of the old town. The staff and manager couldn’t be more helpful. The Aircon was good in the bedroom. The roof top restaurant was nice and food was excellent. The building had charm and character. It had been beautifully restored and the furniture was in keeping with its heritage. "This was a beautiful place to stay in the Old City, perfect for the City Palace and Lake Pichola. The staff were really helpful, the breakfast was good and the accommodation was everything that was promised. Taxis are not allowed into the Old City so there is a short walk once dropped off which I was aware of from other reviews."

"Firstly, the check in experience felt overwhelming. They asked for my passport details of all the people. After sending the details, they said we needed adhar card. Which, I (the person the room is under), gave the adhar card. However, after another hour, they asked us to send OCI cards, we sent it again. Then after 15 minutes, they asked for the adhar card again, even though I gave them the hard copy.
Secondly, the room was 250$, and which came with stained sheets. I asked for a rollaway...
