"The staff is very friendly and professional, upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early. The room is so beautiful and high-end. Location is super convenient, short walk to the tooth temple, at lake with beautiful views, surrounded by shopping stores. There was loudly construction sounds around 2pm, that disturbed the sleep."

Very walkable location - to the city in minutes! The only negative is that the hotel could not handle the volume of guests at breakfast. Many dishes were empty and kept empty for ages. The hoppers we ordered took 2 hours to come! This was the day after the Randoli Perahera so is assume they were not equipped...

Khan, in the dining room was especially attentive to our needs and always tried to make us more comfortable. The pool area is lovely too so you can relax after a hot day. It’s a bit further away from Kandy centre but I would say worth it for the stunning views and you can get a cheap tuk tuk into the centre in around ten minutes so fine for us. "
