I dont get the same room what i booked there is a problem in the bathroom after i check in and they give me different room

No parking facility near hotel,has to come walking after leaving vehicle No cleanliness in room,has to ask for soap,towels. Bad room service,has to call multiple times for one thing.

Its was PATHETIC Dirty bedsheets, pillow cover and blankets worst ever experience, no staff in uniform, house keeping staff is avaibale only in morning for cleaning they all of sudden comes and say clean karna abhi or clean nahi hoga baad mein its like what the Hell is this, room is stinking so badly with local stuff they use WORST Hotel @ 1700rs per day Totally Money Wasted . PLEASE IMPROVE UR SERVICE DONT WASTE CUSTOMERS MONEY

Pickup from Railwaystation And drop to Temple.unable serve complimentry brekfast.Hotel had charged Rs2684/instead of Rs2398 as per booking amount.pls arrange to refund the money.

The room walls are not clean , towels also not good and bedspreads not clean

Horrible place in the terrible area; dont ever get fooled by the pictures or the reveiws. Ratings are totally deceptive. Expedia should send folks to visit these hotels prior to recommendation. I would never book a hotel through Expedia if this these are the type of hotels they are recommending.

Nice place to stay near to Mahakaal temple.
Pros: E-rickshaw is provided by hotel to pick from stations and drop to temple. Hotel rooms are comfortable and well maintained.. Staff is polite and helpful. Restaurant is there in just 100m and Big market is there in 200m for shopping.. Cons - delayed in Breakfast and No tea is provided however, Poha, sandwich and kachori are servered at room. Check out time is 9:00AM & first train from ujjain to delhi is 2:00PM. Suggest to change the checkout time and make it 11 am or 12:00PM. Overall - Hotel is very clean with AC and hot water, TV and lift are also there in lift and room cost is good as per service..

REVIEW OF HOTEL MIDLAND UJJAIN
Recently I have visited Ujjain for 3N/4D trip where I have booked HOTEL MIDLAND.Hotel is good and located in the center of the city in Ramjiki Gali which is famous in Ujjain. Manager and staff of the hotel is very co-operative and even reception desk is also 24/7. For lunch and dinner, very near AAP KA RESTAURANT is there. They are providing good and hygienic food at affordable rate. Regarding room facility, it requires some improvement means toiletries and towels have to demand. Further no daily room cleaning, that is also to be on demand. Bathroom condition is also not so good. It also requires improvement. It should be made practice to do all this thing on daily basis. On the day of arrival no doubt they have adjusted us in one room upto 10.00 a.m. but on last day, they have charged 50% of the room though we have check out after 3.00 p.m. At least they should accommodate us looking to the situation. Apart from this not mentioned in rate of the hotel, they provide pick up facility from Ujjain Railway Station to Hotel. Further they are providing drop facility to MAHAKAL MANDIR without charge.. Further they are having tour desk and they are providing car on an affordable rate too for out of city tour. Further one thing is good that on getting power cut immediately their gen set starts. And they are ever ready to solve your problem of any type. If they apply above suggestions, I m sure it will attract more tourist. Overall I should say VALUE FOR MONEY AND VERY QUIET PLACE.
