"We thought the hotel was perfect. We frequent sanibel. Staying in almost a different place everytime. This place is definelty not the cheapest. But everything was on point. Clean beautiful. My kids really appreciated the kayak and paddle boards. So did their grandmother actually. We will be back again some day."

"Staff was very aggressive, rude, would not let us finish a sentence or ask a question without an authoritative interject as if any type of communication was an attempt to undermine their professionalism.. just felt cold, as if scolded by a controlling overbarring parental figure. It was uncalled for. We ended up having to cancel a 3 day stay with a $150 security deposit I might add, due to unforeseen circumstances that required us to relocate to a new city… never even stepped foot in our suite,...

"The front desk people were fantastic: Yvonne, Tori and Daniela. Breakfast was very good and the suite was very clean, spacious and had everything that one needed. In addition, the suite was an absolute bargain! 500 sf with a kitchen and separate bath and bedroom for half the sf at a neighboring hotel.
I can highly recommend this Residence Inn on Summerlin, Ft Myers/Sanibel Gateway."

"The staff was so professional and nice. Very helpful. From the moment we went into the hotel everything went great. Room was super clean and new and all taken care of. Didn’t have any complaints. The breakfast was pretty good and even used the gym which had more than enough weights and machines to use. One treadmill was out of order but there were more so it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of parking and all close to beach and anywhere you need to go. Definitely recommend and will be staying here...
