The check in is supposed to be at and after 3 pm. We arrived a little after 3 pm and were told that our room was not ready and would take about 30 more minutes. No problem, we can wait.
45 minutes goes by. No call or text from the staff. We go back, staff member helping us said that it would be 10-15 minutes more, but gave us keys. The funny thing was that the room was ready all this time. How do we know, we were parked right in front of it. Not sure if it is miscommunication between front desk and housekeeping staff or something else.
The room is basic. Mostly, quiet. "
