"The breakfast and the restaurant staff were nice and helpful. The extensive breakfast buffet was a delight. The room was huge. The lady concierge and Dante were helpful. I wish I had received better service from the front desk. They rarely could offer a suggestion or answer my questions. There was not always a desire to solve problems. I had to prompt them to do something such as arrange a taxi when the hotel drivers were not available."
