"Booking through Expedia was seamless, Placemakr reached out a couple days later and sent link to do the registration process that they require. On same day of check-in, email was sent with the information needed to be ready for check-in process(done through Latch app). *Note: Be sure to always have a charged phone since it is needed for access for ALL doors* Parking in private garage was only $10 a night but def. worth it since its not in the safest spot of Reno. "The room was good. The room was cleaned everyday and I'm happy with the stay. As there was no carpet, I wish there was a rug or mat close to bed to help keep it clean. The heater worked fine and the hot water was good!"
