"The villa is cozy and quite. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I am abit disappointed because of the dirty bed linen. There are yellow patches on the linen and matress protector. The protector is so dirty like didn't change n wash for long time. Their services is really good, i call the reception and they change for us without a single words."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Needing a bit of an update here and there but nothing that impeded our comfort. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious! There are plenty of nice restaurants and coffeeshops in walking distance. To further explore the area and go to the beach or shopping it is best to rent a scooter. "When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. "Everything about our state was great. We extended, and we’re treated like family. Breakfast was delicious, staff was very attentive. Ketut and the rest of the staff anticipated our every need.
