"The hotel and the service are just miserably terrible. I was facing a very depressing moment in there. There was a blood stain on the bed sheet, toilet can't be flush. The staff tried to fix the toilet and it was fixed for a while, but then it broke again when I poo. That was really annoying. And not to be forgotten, right after he fixed the toilet, he touched my bed sheet straightaway. "We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Needing a bit of an update here and there but nothing that impeded our comfort. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and helpful…they even fixed my daughter’s broken bracelet for her while we were out! Breakfast each morning was prompt and delicious! Would definitely stay here again. "

"The villas are very old and have not been kept in a very good condition. Taps that don’t work, sinks without plugs, very few options at the restaurant, no kitchen facilities in the room apart from a kettle and a very small and funny smelling fridge, there was no cutlery or plates just a couple of coffee cups and tea spoons and a safe that not only didn’t work it wasn’t even bolted down. "The location is great, the villa is very spacious, pool large and suited our group of 8 perfectly. Some of the timber bi-fold doors were getting stuck, we had stayed there about 8 years ago and hasn’t been much updated - while still very nice it is looking a little tired. Breakfast included and it was terrific although always came a little earlier than we requested. Staff always helpful and friendly, transfers to airport were easy."
