What went right:
- Location was great for my needs
- bed was comfortable
- Jonathan and the staff at the front desk were great and tried to assist as best they could
- Nice gym and rooftop pool
What went wrong:
- No hot water, tepid at best
- No water pressure, a rapid drip would be a fair description.
- Air conditioning struggled to keep up first day.
What the staff did to try to help:
- Shower head was changed, but didn't Improve
- Air Conditioning...
