Place is simple but clean. Bed was comfortable. The room needs to be aired out ideally before guests arrive if it has not been occupied recently. A fair amount of off gassing from recent improvements. The air source heat pumps are mounted on the back side of the building and vibrate, they should have been ground mounted."
