After a long flight and difficult trip from Brisbane Airport, I arrived expecting a straightforward check-in process but instead found there was no reception area, only a sign directing me to use an app. For someone who mainly uses a phone for calls and emails, this was extremely confusing and stressful. "Great place to stay. Convenience of being able to park right at the door of your room. Mini kitchenette with sink and microwave in the room which is handy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Walk to the local club for a great meal and a drink. Quick drive to the shops."

"Deluxe Studio - cons -not very deluxe! not well stocked, one mug and one coffee cup for two people. Shower- water leaked out and soaked the floor. Toilet seat very unsteady/loose. Was adequate for us for a one night only stay, due to the darkness of the room that had poor lighting and no natural daylight able to get in due to the high rise buildings all around it. "Although the hotel is being renovated it had very little impact on our stay. Room was large and very modern. Beds made and clean towels every day. Continental breakfast was more than enough."

"good location. room/venue was clean. the only issues would probably be trying to bring heavy suitcases up the stairs from the underground car park and the shower being luke warm and the shower head moving all over the place. other than that it was a nice stay :)"

"Except for the air conditioner not working very well it was a good price for what we got. The bathrooms are a bit unconventional with being made of clear and opaque glass combination. Not much privacy."

I am not sure if this motel was used to house people who may not have a home, and if they are housing these people I applaud them for doing so, but some guests were very noisy and inconsiderate (including their children) by making noise and talking loudly at 1 am."
