バルコニー無しの部屋だったが、途中でバルコニー付きの部屋に変更してもらった。とても嬉しかった。 ただし、1時間以上部屋の移動を待たされたので、その点で星4としておきます。

The staff is amazing from the front desk to the kitchen staff all the way to housekeepers. Property has access to so many things other than GWK which is only a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Basic stay no frills
The staff were really friendly. Unfortunately the hotel needs a really good clean . Towels were old and discoloured, pool towels were rarely available. Our bathroom had an unpleasant smell the entire time despite us telling them and having it cleaned more. Traffic noise was awful . 3* at best.

Overpaid for twin bed
I booked for a king bed, they gave me a twin bed. So I paid more than I should have. They couldnt give me the king bed bcs it was all booked, but why would u let the customers book it?

Nice rooms, beautiful view and excellent service
We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Service was excellent. All staff were friendly and accommodating especially at breakfast room. The room is nice and clean however, towels were old and smelly although it appears to be cleaned. Would be nice to have brand new towels invested in this beautiful hotel.

Stayed at the Deluxe Balcony felt so spacious. The view is also very nice looking at the bay and you can see the toll road above the sea. Tried the restaurant dining and it was really good (indonesian food), tried the pasta and its good as well. At breakfast, we had a buffet serving already, which is really nice these days. Good hospitality from the staff all very attentive, thanks to GM Mr. Byang and Chef Mr. Rio!

Amazing stay
The staff greeted us warmly and took care of all our needs. The beds were comfortable and nice linens. Delicious breakfast and cappunccino. The blast juice yummy. The internet good. The ambiance was beautiful all around the grounds.
