"Do not book a stay here under any circumstances, the photos are fraudulent and the hotel tries to take advantage of people's desperation once you arrive and see the state of things. Don't think it has ever been cleaned, I'm disputing the charge with my bank after seeing my room and immediately telling them there is no chance I'm staying or paying."

"The hotel is outdated and in need of renovation. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing and did not meet expectations. It feels like the good old days of this hotel are gone. The only positive aspect is the location, which is still very good and convenient. "

"We stayed here for just 2 days and unfortunately it was a bad experience. The room was poorly maintained, and looked nothing like the nice photos online – those must be old or heavily edited. We found cockroaches in the bathroom and around the room, which made it really uncomfortable and unhygienic. It was very difficult to find another place on short notice, so we had to stay, but we wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone."

"建物自体がかなり古いです。タオルやハンガー等の備品も古さを否めません。写真にはアメニティや食品が映っていましたが、お茶とコーヒーと液体ソープしかありせん。頼んだらスリッパはくれました。あと水とタオルは毎日くれます。ミニキッチンがありますが、備品は食器が少しとフライパンだけでした。電子レンジがあったのが便利でした。職員は皆さん笑顔で接してくれます。そして何より空港が近く、大きなショッピングモールと地下鉄レッドラインの駅にも近い立地とコスパが素晴らしい。戦争で足止めされて１週間滞在しましたが、部屋は広めでNetflixやYouTubeが観れてありがたかったです。ジムも使えて同じフロアに洗濯機が２台あります。"

"Ich kam sehr früh an, gegen 09:00 Uhr und das Personal an der Rezeption hat alles getan um mir gleich ein Apartment nach meinem Wunsch ( mit Balkon ) zu geben, so habe ich gleich eingecheckt und dafür haben die kein Aufpreis berechnet. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr schön, Apartment sehr geräumig, Bett hervorragend, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption und alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Frühstück wurde in das Zimmer gebracht jeden Morgen...
