"We choose this hotel because the proximity to the airport as we were a one day stop over in Bangkok. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, we also got a buffet dinner . The hotel does not serve alcohol but we did not care our stay was short and sweet."

"I booked this hotel due to the rating (9/10). It was far from that, the bed was as hard as the floor, the pillows were so bad we had to use our travel/plane pillows instead. The hotel was up a back street about 30mins by car from the city, with no other tourists around and the only shop was a 7eleven. The street was smelly and there was huge garbage piles everywhere next to the roads. I had paid for 2 tooms for 2 nights but left the next morning not caring about a refund for the 2nd night. "Such a relaxing way to spend our time in Chiang Mai. The view during breakfast and dinner was spectacular. The private pool for our room was the perfect way to spend the evening. This hotel is the gold standard for peace and tranquility."

"Basic no frills place. My first room didn't have working AC, but the next day they changed rooms and it all worked fine. Great location to transit. No 24hr reception, but you can check in at the Zayn main hotel in the next building over. Wouldn't stay here long term, but for a quick pit stop it's great"

"Really nice staff and the 2 I spoke with, spoke English. And they were both very nice and helpful. Had 2 meals there. Both good and one dish really good. Chicken wings. Very clean and great shower. Took a hot 15 minute shower due to sore muscles. One negative is the wifi was terrible. Couldn’t even connect. I have 5g. So it turned out okay. "My overall experience was very good. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was maintained well. Pool was huge!!! A lot of dining options nearby. Unfortunately, the TV wasn't working due to a signal issue. However, this isn't a complaint. I didn't fly around the world to watch TV, so perfectly fine with me.
