"I always try to book a Hilton Tru when we are traveling. They are always so nice and clean. This one in Mobile Alabama was no exception, the lobby was clean, elevators clean and smelled good and fresh. The halls was clean as well. Our room was great, clean, the bed was nice and comfy the pillows were ok, but thats cause it wasnt mine! Breakfast was really good only thing could have made it better was to have it served in bed. Maybe next time the hubs can do that. All in all i have no complaints...

"I really think someone needs to call me regarding this review because it isn't going to be pretty. We checked in, opened the door to the room and someone was in the bed so I backed right out of there, texted my husband who was unloading to stop at the desk and get another room. Got another room, walked in and it looked to be cleaned but when I pulled the comforter back, the bed was made but the sheets had not been changed.
