Marijuana smoke coming from rooms. Young adults drunk banging on their room door. Police came next morning and escorted them out. Hot tub doesnt work. Old french frying fries behind the nightstand. Tub was not thoroughly cleaned. Evidence of hair. I needed to stay in extra night. I booked an extra night and they told me I had to pay a fifty dollar charge to stay in the same room which is complete bull. I won't stay there again.

We booked because of airport shuttle included. No shuttle so we had to pay extra fees for Uber. Pool was nice and warm but he t tub broken and freezing water. This facility ought to be ashamed of their self. everything from the exterior of the property looked bad, worn down. the interior looked worn down and bad and dated, not fresh, not clean. the pool I don't even think they were treating the pool with chemicals. The hot tub l o l I would not go in it and you will see for yourself.It's disgusting and gross. my room was horrible smelled musty. The door to enter my room had a seam that you could see light through the hallway. You can imagine the sounds. I heard at night. The bedroom was disgusting. There was spills on countertops side of cabinets that were never wiped up broken pieces of of the furniture namely, where the TV set on trust. I have pictures of all this. The bathroom was disgusting. They never cleaned it when I checked in. It was dirty, they never cleaned it. My whole stay until the last night when I asked initially my first day to have it cleaned. They never attended to it at all. They made excuses. Someone forgot to tell somebody whatever I'm not sure if that even makes a difference. I couldn't use that if I had to pay my bill. OI don't have the money right now. I'll just stay and give it to you another time. That's the mentality that I was presented with. They took no care in their facility. Whatsoever, obviously family Indian owned. the 2nd floor was discussing the shuttle. Did not run as promised room had no private privacy. Due to the fact, cracks in the door that allowed light that you could see the hallway Bad.

Staff were great!! Hotel needs love and attention. Hot tub was uninviting and cold, whereas the pool was warm. They need and exterminator, as roaches were present. Was told new management took over so hopefully they will make those adjustments. Plenty of food places around, quiet area.

Everything about this stay was bad. The rooms were filthy. The sheets were filthy. Even the replacement sheets were filthy. Items in the room were broken. Stains were all over the carpet. They were cigarette burns in the sheets and comforters. The showers weren’t clean. The breakfast was cold. I truly want a refund.

This location is a bamboozlement. The photos off of Expedia are deceiving. My room didn’t look nor feel clean I didn’t want to touch anything. Thankfully I brought a disposable bedsheet set. There was hair everywhere. Stains in the tub. Andy did not confirm the shuttle to pick me up from the airport like he said he would. I called a few days ahead to notify and verify that the hotel offered airport shuttle; he said to call once I landed which I did. And the other guy said there wasn’t a reservation for me. The elevator smells of a combo of marijuana and urine. The only convenient thing about staying there was the variety of restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

The room looked rundown old and damaged. It feels more like a motel you have a quickie in. They keep all their best rooms on the 4th floor. Its like they only renew and clean the 4th floor. Bugs, filthly, sheets were dirty on each bed, bathtub was not cleaned. Front desk personnel asked to show me another room, i was told to come alone (i am a female) my husband was instructed to stay in the lobby. I did not go with the front desk personnel. There were also women walking around with little to no clothes. They must be running a prostitution operation.

Staff was super kind, but I rely on these reviews to decide my stays. Had I known the 5 star reviews were the result of a bribe, it would’ve told me everything I needed to know. The shower was filthy with scum and mold, the place smelled of marajuana as well as sprays to try to mask smells, the pool was not heated, the hot tub was out of service, and the breakfast consisted of self made waffles (not bad) but syrup was so cold it had to be microwaved, sausage, and gravy for biscuits that looked like they’d been baked and then frozen then thawed for serving. If I have it to do over, I’ll skip this place in the future for sure! Gave 2 stars for the kind staff.
