"We stay at The Plaza often, and this Winterfest weekend visit just reminded us why it’s one of our favorite hotels in El Paso. The staff is always welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and beautifully kept, and the historic charm of the building makes every stay feel special. The location can’t be beat, we were able to walk right to Winterfest and enjoy the holiday lights, ice rink, and all the festivities with ease. Highly recommend for anyone visiting downtown El Paso. "Nice and well maintained hotel. Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Area around hotel is clean and felt safe. Very walkable to many restaurants and the middle of town. Customer service was excellent and pool area is good size and has beautiful views. Great value and would definitely stay here again. "

"Nuestro nuevo favorito!! El hotel es moderno y las habitaciónes muy amplias, el baño grande y la cama deliciosa junto con sus almohadas, muchas ventanas por todo el cuarto pero todas con black out así q la luz no fue problema, veníamos de un vuelo muy largo y logramos descansar muy bien, si lo recomiendo y buen precio "
