"The room was ok. Couldn’t get the cleaning ladies to actually clean. There was a language barrier but the wouldn’t even get the dirty towels or trash. One elevator was broke down the entire stay. Overall this place needs to be cleaned and renovated. Even the lid to to toilet tank was not the correct one. "

"No breakfast no shower soaps and 1 coffee pot in lobby and cant make coffee at night. You will get repremanded for it. You will be watched on the cameras constant and be asked numerous times if you have a room and what room when coming back from places. Didnt realize until returning late one night a cockroach hanging out on the bed. I moved the night stand fou d more living and dead. Owners could care less. Its a health hazard and disgusting. Can tell they have been there for a while. One worker said just spray n keep going"

"This used to be my go-to spot when I came to Tulsa. I’m not sure if the owners changed or what happened but it was not as clean as it once was. Everything was sticky, room was as though it had not been wiped down and everything was muggy and hot no matter how low you turned the ac. "

"The area feels somewhat secluded from the city, though it is very much in the heart of the Tulsa/BA commercial districts. Entry in & out of the hotel was easy. Check-in was a bit of an issue. I am uncertain whether it was on Hotels.com or Homewood Suites, but we had reserved a two queen bed suite. When we arrived the manager (?... he had a blazer and the others did not) checked us in & "verified" that we had reserved a king suite. I explained what we had reserved & how a king bed would not fit our family, to which he explained they had none available & that was not what "came through." I pulled up my confirmation email, which unfortunately only listed "bedroom suite." He asked if we would accept an accessible suite, so I said sure, as long as it has adequate beds. I finished checking in & we traversed the long corridor to the back of the hotel and took the elevator to the assigned room only to find it was another King suite. We went back down to the lobby. The other gentleman who had been standing nearby when I first checked in helped us. He was very friendly, apologized & gave us two adjoining rooms. I wish I had caught his name--he was very helpful. I found the beds/sofas very comfortable, but only because I prefer extra firm. Not all did. The a/c was sluggish in 1 room, so we left the adjoining doors open & let the other a/c help us out. Breakfast was a typical offering: eggs/sausage/biscuits/muffins/bagels/waffles/yogurt/etc. It was well kept. Checkout was smooth."

"I checked out after 3 hrs of being there. I called to check the pool and make sure it would be swim ready for my children. They didn't have the heater on and it had been c for my sons birthday. old outside for those three day. The pool was too cold to swim in. My daughter turnt purple after being in the water for about 10 min. and son turned purple and they both had to get out. The hot tub was frothing with chlorine bubbles. So we got out of that too. The shower didn't have handle covers just plastic hardware leaking out and under the mini fridge there was part of the bottom cabinet tore up and water damage in the cabinet. The staff did the absolute least they could do. When I asked about the heater I was told, I don't even know if there is a heater in there. I don't know where the controls would be. The second one told me even if they have a heater they don't have a heated pool. I said if the heater was for three days the water would have adjusted. Then and only then did she go find the heater. I do not recommend this hotel. "
