"So understaffed we had to wait until 5pm to be given a room and were late for our dinner reservations. There was one young woman working the front desk. She was lovely but incapable of managing the crowd of people who occupied the lobby because housekeeping wasn’t ready with the rooms. She should not have been alone at the front desk on a busy Saturday. 4:00pm is already a late check-in time; 5pm is ridiculous. The room was clean but small and spartan, like a dorm room. There was absolutely nothing “boutique” about this place. We were very disappointed."

"Perfectly located. The rooms are spacious. Beds and linens are comfortable. Appreciate the professionalism of the staff at all the Omni hotels. "

"I booked two rooms, each with two queen beds. Our rooms were on two entirely different floors. Check in was easy. The pool area was fine, but the floor tiles are extremely slippery when bare-footed. The lock on the fitness room was broken and just lying on the floor. The equipment there was fine, but there were no sanitizing wipes, cups for water, or tissues. The rooms themselves were fine. The stairwells were pretty dirty and looked like no one from the staff ever bothered to clean them. The breakfast was good and offered an excellent variety of food. It was constantly being replenished. When we returned from a baseball game on Saturday, all of our key cards had been erased. No one could access their rooms or outside doors. We had to go to the front desk to get our cards reset. There was no hot water beginning Friday night. There was no hot water all day Saturday. When I checked at 9:30 Saturday night, there was finally hot water. This was a pretty big issue because we were there for a baseball tournament. We were cold, wet from rain, and dirty from playing ball. We were unable to wash the chlorine off after swimming. I'm also wondering how the staff was able to prepare breakfast on Saturday without hot water. Amanda G was absolutely wonderful and so helpful! Another staff member, whose name I don't recall, was snippy about providing additional towels. I booked a room for 4 but only received 2 towels. Huh? I would not stay here again despite the great location. "
