"Rooms and amenities were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Only downside is the room walls are thin and the room I was in, the air was inconsistent. Warm, air would turn on cool, then once it shut off, warm again."

"Really comfortable hotel in a centrelized location. Lots of restaurants and bars inside the hotel and very dog friendly. The boutique bar outside the hotel is so much fun!"

"Convenience to the venue for the event we were attending. The bottom of the bed sheet was dirty and not changed. In the second room, there was water on the floor when we went into the room. The staff came immediately and mopped up the water."

"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor. The music stoped by midnight. "

"Breakfast was included and it was good. Everything was at walking distance. Hotel located center of Providence. Area very clean and safe. Strongly recommended!"

"The room was over 80 degrees and it smelled like cigarettes so bad it was difficult to breathe. The windows are very old and it took two people to even open them to get some air in the room. I understand it is an old building but its also listed as a luxury hotel"

"1st they cancelled my room and did not call as they said my card declined which when I called Amex said it did not. I was fortunate that my niece was staying here as well so I just stayed with here because they gave my room away. I did not have another option at the moment. The hotel is very rundown wallpaper and paint peeling. Spots on the rug's towels were clean but old and raggy. I'm not even sure how this place was sold out. Also, a one-night stay was $198.00!!!!!"

"Renter a smokers room in which were we treated as outcasts our sheets and blankets had cigarette burns along with, Outlets did not work along with usb plugs, toilet seat was loose so when you used it you would have to sit straight cause toilet seat went off to the side, no amendities in rm.225 at all had to go downstairs to use microwave along with filling a waste basket with ice to keep drinks cold, Tub had dark rink around the bottom half along with black hair around bottom of toilet from...

" Sent to multiple rooms at check in.All were dirty, Shortage of housekeepers. very difficult for front drsk employees. Many unhappy guests. Overpriced. Location noisy. Traffic racing by all night! no on site restaurant, although brewery/pub next door just downstairs with excellent food and beer. Would not stay here again."
