"I thought when I purchased my stay on Expedia that it was my total bill. This is not so! They charged me for parking upon my checkin. I thought my card was swiped for incidentals. So if you think you’ve paid in full when reserving a room here, you are mistaken! The breakfast was “cheesy” too. Not hot and fresh! Packaged breakfast. Not that happy about this place. The guest receptionist was no where to be found when we arrived either. When she did show up she was playing on her phone!"

"Didn't stay, we were in the room for less then an hour, the heat was on full blast, the shower was covered in mildew and the floor was sticky. We left immedately, wouldn't stay there if it was free."

The airport shuttle was easy to schedule and the driver was polite and courteous. The staff was very helpful with any questions that we had. This hotel is located near lots of restaurants within walking distance. Very nice place!"
