This is an excellent hotel which is very clean and well appointed.If you are flying from DIA you can consider it your own personal waiting room for your flight if you have a long wait especially. It is so close that you can literally check in your bags and then return to your room leaving again when it's time. I arrived very late after everything was shut down, and the hotel has a special fridge they wheel out in the lobby with all types of amenities available to you. That was fantastic. The negatives: If you have not stayed there before and do not know where t is, there is absolutely no signage anywhere to be able to find it. (probably due to construction) when you call the hotels number, you get IA saying "go south" basically and then ask someone in a purple vest. (They aren't there in the middle of the night) When I finally got to. my room, I had forgotten to enter my Marriot Bonvoy #. So I pushed the highlighted "guest services" button and it went to nowhere. Just rang. There was NOBODY in the lobby. They just didn't answer. (There was no "front desk button" The phone in your room might work for room service (which they have 24hrs) but it doesn't help for anything else. In the morning I went down to the coffee shop to get an energy drink. It was $7.35. I asked for an immediate refund. I just gave her back the change and asked for my $10 bill back. This had to involve a manager. I've paid $5 before for a $2.50 energy drink, but $7.35?! never.
