"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

"The stay was great! Went for the weekend with my cousin. We arrived late at night and staff was very friendly, easy to navigate the place. Two dining establishments located within the hotel for dinner. The area itself was very nice and cozy. It was a 2 minute walk to the train. We would love to stay there again soon and bring friends with us. Would definitely recommend staying there!"

"Our room was all one open room, not like the picture that shows a kitchenette. Everything was clean and updated, but the area was bad and a sketchy people hanging around. There was a person above us stomping and slamming things around, so I didn't sleep at all. Turned out that the manager called police and paramedics because they were concerned about their mental health. They did not offer us a discount for the inconvenience and lack of sleep either. Not worth $277/ night, but at least it was...

"The room was discussing. There was hair in the refrigerator and the bathtub. The shower head did not work. And the scene kept leaking water. I also had to deal with a ant problem. And they only give you two thin blankets to sleep with."

"This property is falling apart. Paint peeling, floors cracked, toilet and tub/shower cracked, moldy. There was dirt and mold everywhere. The faucet wouldn’t turn off and ran all night. It smelled awful to the point of all of our belongings smelling when we got home. 0/10"

"Location worked very well for our needs. Location was a bit sketchy but we came across zero issues with the neighborhood. Room wasn’t perfect and could have been a little more clean as there was a dirty rag on the floor and the bed sheets/pillows had some questionable stains. Best New Subs across the street was delicious and worth stopping by. Keep in mind all amenities, bathrooms, kitchen, lounge areas are all shared spaces. Doors to the rooms could have been more secured with deadbolts."

"They rent the rooms for hours at a time too and there is all night long traffic at the bottom rooms with the whirlpools so if you are traveling with family find a different place. I don’t agree with Expedia not mentioning this to guests"

"Wifi was terribly SLOW. Like try to load the Google homepage and wait 30 seconds. The connection to the internet would also randomly drop way to often, then you'd have to reconnect. This is not acceptable for 2026. Unfortunately BAD WIFI alone drops their review from would have been 4 stars to 2 stars."
