"Everything about the restaurant was being remodeled and run by people like the new owner of the restaurant who apparently had no clue what to do. Another, interesting, thing was getting introduced for the first time that there was now going to be a parking fee to park in their lot otherwise you’d have to park in the street. Some of the staff seemed to be uninformed of a lot of things like telling guests that an ice machine that has been broken down for a year works, or that everything is under the same management as before. Moral of the story is there are a lot of changes that has made this location less desirable to want to visit again, so much so, that we have cancelled our august reservation when we were meant to be going back that way and will be booking with a different location. THE best part of this hotel was a bartender that had been there with the prior management was the friendliest face, the most knowledgeable person, and the most understanding of all the stress that these changes have made. If there was anything about this place that we enjoyed the most, it was him."
