"Unless you specifically need to stay in this area, I’d recommend looking elsewhere. The hotel costs around $450 a night, which is far from cheap, but the facilities feel outdated and the property is showing its age. The room and common areas could definitely use some renovation. Even the hot water was only warm, not truly hot. On top of that, parking is not included and costs extra. For the price they’re charging, I expected a much better experience. Overall, the value simply isn’t there."

"We were in town to pick up our daughter from her 1st year end of college at UCI. We arrived (great location), checked in. Greeted by valet staff, check in staff. All encounters were pleasant, warm and welcoming. Excellent! Room was clean, and inviting with a great view of the mall across the street. Perfect score for AC Hotel! Check out was also just as perfectly done. We have decided that this will be our ONLY accommodations when in Irvine! Thank you, The Mar Family"

"The beds were metal frames that moved a lot when using, but comfortable. The rooms were basic. The bath/shower was old and scarred with parts of the plastic missing. Coffee and snacks in morning were ok"

"The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five. Large kitchen area was a nice surprise. The breakfast is very good with a lot of variety. The staff is helpful and friendly."

"For the price rooms ( we stayed in 3 different room in different location on the property I would rate a C + not very imaginative at all, basic cheep furniture, small bathrooms. For this I would not stay at this hotel again."
