"Overpriced…but wonderful! This is the sort of place where absolutely nothing is included…not parking, not the thermal pools, not breakfast, so expect to spend quite a bit on top of the room rate. However, the rooms are luxurious and relaxing and the thermal pools are wonderful. I slept VERY well here. Overnight guest have to pay an additional $75 to use the thermal pools."

"A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. "

"The rooms need some upgrades. I'm glad that the old hotel carpeting was taken out and replaced with a laminate flooring. The sink faucets were very difficult to turn on and off. I needed to use both hands and it took all my strength. A magnifying mirror at the sinks would have been nice. The sheer drapes were gone and not replaced, so it was either the blackout shades or an open window that people could look into. The free breakfast was just that, a free breakfast. "The floors could use a good mopping, we had to wear shoes to keep our feet from getting completely black. The other annoying part is that it appeared that we were sharing the parking lot with people only going to the airport, it was hard to find parking. Also, all the equipment and other things stored in the parking lot."

"Horrible. Really bad location, witnessed a drug deal happen right in front of my room door. There are hidden cost such as a parking fee and the owners seem shady. Room was fine but very little offered for the cost. Didn't seem too dirty but also wasn't clean. Felt unsafe and left early, did not even stay the night"

"The room was reasonably clean but shabby with discolored carpeting and no blankets for the bed. My wife got cold at night. Bathroom was nicest part of room as remodeled more recently than elsewhere. Dodgy clientele near us with some late night arguments and door banging. "

"Easy to get to, parking was validated and good wifi for working. The rooms are worn down and the door handles are a lift up which is strange but it worked for a few nights. It was close to a good Sushi restaurant and was quiet."
