"I don’t think a hotel this classy needs to lie on their Expedia page about having free parking. It’s fine that it’s a $15/night valet or find your own public parking nearby, but I don’t like being lied to. Also, I didn’t realize we’d have to exit the hotel proper and cross an alley to get to our room, but I guess that was fine since it happened to be between thunderstorms and still light out. The room was very clean and had nice amenities, but the toilet seat was loose and the shower door...

"We liked that the hotel had both an indoor & outdoor pool but we were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Our first room had a horrible smell in it and the team at the front desk was very good about moving us to another room. Unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work very well at all & we were on the top (9th) floor of the building. Also the microwave quit working & we called twice to get someone up to replace or fix it and never had anyone come to the room to even...

"Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet which was included with the room had everything anybody could possibly want. The staff did a great job of keeping it the right temperature and refilling any items that ran low. The coffee was delicious!!! All the staff with whom we encountered were very polite and helpful.
