"Great sleep. Basic amenities plus a nice coffee shop 8-5. We arrived after hours and had a bit of a challenge with key code. Fast response to phone call. Not ready for all levels of mobility as the elevator is not operating and the stairs to rooms are many."

"The front desk staff told me when I checked in that the air conditioning had been fixed and the room should cool down in an hour or so. I dropped my bags in the room, set the temp to 65, and went to the bar. 2 hours later I went back to my room and the room temp had not changed...hot. at this point it was late, I could not go any where else, so I suffered in the hot un air conditioned room all night. "We’ve stayed at numerous Hampton Inn that were by far much better than this location. The breakfast was so so, food was not hot. We actually went out and paid for breakfast a couple of mornings. The bed meaning obviously the mattress, was absolutely like laying on concrete very very hard. My husband and I both left with excruciating back pain.
