We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. "My daughter and I stayed there for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The hotel felt like a hidden cottage, tucked away from the busy tourists areas. The staff was incredibly friendly, giving the place a good old bed-and-breakfast feel. The food was amazing, too. I’d love to stay there again when I come back to Bogotá."
