Only reason I didn't give it five stars on maintenance is because the refrigerator needed to be defrosted so it wasn't working well... but staff was very concerned and wrote notes to make sure maintenance defrosted it once I left"

"There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom had cobwebs and the bathtub was dirty, and the microwave didn't work when we tried to heat our food. There was only a tiny one-and-a-half-inch bottle of shampoo. The hotel desperately needs maintenance, basic cleaning and bug control. See the pictures I uploaded"

"This is our second time staying here and it’s a great location and an excellent price. While there’s no breakfast or pool, the rooms are HUGE so comfortable for families with older kids. You can cook in your room and there’s so much room for everyone to relax and stretch out. "

"Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee."

"I liked that the room was clean and safe. The front office attendant was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was lackluster. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the owner of the property drove around in a high-end Porsche, while workers pushed around Target grocery carts to collect linens. On first sight I thought homeless were camping out. But it appears the owner won’t even invest in proper equipment for workers to do their job. It’s absolutely shameful to tend to the...
