"Breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable. The rooms were clean. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Gated parking is great except for (see cons) Cons: elevator can be a little slow. Parking gate is confusing. People dont know they have to go around the back to exit the parking lot. You also have to use the code to get out. I turned that in when we checked out and had to call the front desk to get out. But they answered right away when we called and gave us the code...

"Missed the mark on every front sadly! Driving up to the property, the staff parked their cars at the entrance and the first note I see is one saying “Don’t” and “pool closed” before the welcome sign. The desk clerk was slothful but the worst was the smell once the elevator doors opened. Musky? Yes. Moldy? Yes. Sour? Yes and yes there was unidentified debris and dark stains on the floor. "Loved the location nice stroll down to Beale, lots to explore and see nearby. We stayed two nights and didn’t use our vehicle at all. The hotel is wonderful, quiet, clean, staff so friendly, highly recommend you stay at Arrive when visiting Memphis."

"The breakfast buffet at Delta’s Kitchen was so good! So many delicious options. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. The yogurt and fresh fruit were delicious. Biscuits, sausage, and bacon were cooked perfectly. My only complaint would be the coffee was very weak. Service was great. Very friendly staff!"

"Communication great, received messages about how to get in for my stay. Room clean tidy and had everything I needed for my stay. Was very grateful for the water when I arrived and appreciated the snacks that were left. Washing machine tumble dryer and ice machine available in out building. Lovely big tv and loved being able to play records when I arrived and getting packed to leave. Great stay!"

"Not a clean hotel for me needs some upgrades & it had a very bad smell & as we was going to look at the room. One of the owners was going up there to spray some smell goods in the room acting like he had the wrong room.Well the jokes on you not my type of hotel."

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."
