"We often stay here when in town. We have always found the staff to be professional and customer focused and the property tidy and welcoming. Breakfast could be better but there are other options in a stones throw if you desire a more hearty breakfast."

"The customer service here cannot be beat, but the actual facilities are in need of dire repairs. My room was not clean, it was dusty, a cleaning rag was left in it, and there was just a lack of cleaning. The shower and bed were clean, so I did not make a fuss because I was exhausted, but this room was not worth the fees they charge. The hotel is in need of dire upgrades. It looks like they've updated the main facilities, but the guest rooms are in dire need of upgrades and repairs. "

The second one would sometimes make really loud noises when running so it was either deal with the heater noise or freeze. "We booked our stay after I had a surgical procedure. We were thoroughly pleased with our hotel choice. The facility was very clean. The color choices throughout the hotel were uplifting and calming. The deco was modern and fresh. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus for being close to so many shopping/food options and easy access to the interstate! We would definitely book again for leisure or a weekend getaway! "
