"We enjoy our trip on this hotel, rooms were cleaned, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, except for some food items that were out for a while, overall food was good"

The yogurt machine was broken, although the coffee machine was working, it was pouring mainly water instead of coffee, there was no water provided, and when asked, the staff was rude and angry, stating that bottled water only was for their premium members "
