"We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again if we're ever in need of a hotel in Portland. Free coffee machine in the lobby at all times. Free breakfast from 6:30-9:30 includes bagels, toast, english muffins, yogurt, fruit, juice, cold cereals. Friendly front desk staff. The room we stayed in was really comfortable, it had a full kitchen complete with a full sized fridge, oven, and dishwasher as well as dishes. "Overall, it was nice. Need more parking spaces. My windows faced the street, which was really nice. Only downside was that there were some homeless people outside at night. "

"I was underwhelmed with this hotel. It is under construction right now, so the lobby layout is confusing and feels very cramped. Our room layout was fine and it was clean, but the bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen. The bathroom door was a pocket door that did not go all the way to ground, thus providing very little privacy. The location is great, but this was billed as one of the nicest hotels in Portland and overall felt very mid-range. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Lucia. The room was clean and stylish with all we needed. The nespresso coffee machine is a big upgrade compared to most hotel in room coffee choices. The staff was friendly, attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. The free arcade was a unique touch and the happy hour in the lobby was a surprise too. The location is great making walking to explore downtown easy. Id recommend this location for adults. Families with small kids might want something different. "

"Rooms are decent but you can hear every time a door closes in another room. The toilet is very low and the lids have to be closed before you can flush and they slam each time. The restaurant is closed at night and there are very few nearby options. The checkin area is right by the sliding doors so staff have to use a space heater to keep warm. Overall I would not stay here for “pleasure “ again. "
