"The staff was great. The location is great. The room itself was really nice and spacious. However the air conditioning didn’t work during my stay, which is why I specifically selected this hotel in the midst of a heat wave. The hotel adjusted the cost for me which was really nice and they were amenable to that. The garden/patio area, however, is also not accessible like a regular hotel. You can’t go out after 9pm which isn’t ideal when you want to relax in fresh air and just have outdoor space,...

"The ac was not working in one of the rooms, I reported since the first day but nothing happened, they brought me a small fan a heater that make more noise that cooling anything. El hotel muy bonito pero el problema del aire mucho calor en una de las habitaciones, lo reporté pero no se arregló, mucho calor para dormir. El desayuno puede estar mejor, el parqueo muy pequeño que problema para entrar o salir muy incómodo para parquear."

"The property is situated near the churches and main tourist attractions. I appreciated the helpful staff and the lovely bakery vendor next to the hotel who assisted me contacting the management upon check in as my phone got some issues. The rooms are nice 'though there's no aircondition or elevator. Our stay reminds me of the old, classic spanish era with a modern touch. Love it!!!!"
