"Breakfast was decent! Staff were pestilent!"

"I loved how they renovated the room. With small fridge and a microwave and coffee maker, I did not want to leave my room!"

"So, the room was cleaned, but they didn't refill the hand soap. The fridge wasn't on, and we didn't realize it until the next day, so our food went bad. When we finally turned it on, it made this super loud noise. Maybe the last guests turned it off, who knows. And the bedding had a really weird smell. Plus, the furniture looked like it was from the early 90s."

"I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Despite the property having an EV charger, the staff didn’t even seem to know it existed, nor could they tell me the price or how to pay. It turned out to be $15.99 per session, which was quite steep. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The mattress appeared to have been soiled, and management refused to switch rooms, replace the mattress, or even clean the room. There were insects present as well....

"Parking was good, and we liked the location. Breakfast was also good. No complimentary water at check in, and lobby store is very expensive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub had no mat and only one vertical grab bar, so was risky for me. The pool was a disappointment for me. I use the pool as therapy for my bad legs. I can't use a ladder, need steps to get in/out. So we might stay again for short stay but not longer ones at the holidays. "

"The property is really outdated. The pictures online need to be updated so other guests see the real property. My room I checked into was really outdated. The bathroom floor and shower were extremely old and uneven, the shower had mold, the carpets were old and needed care. I lifted the side of my mattress and food crumbs were there. The hallways smelled like weed all week! Stay here if you are in a jam and need a quick place to stay."

"The staff were all too much talking to each other and didn’t greet us right away to check in! Had to walk to the front desk to get extra towels."

"The called “restaurant and bar” is tiny, and there is not food 24/7 as advertised. Not enough room to eat breakfast and was very average. Room was cleaned but it is very small and the location of the bathroom very awkward, no microwave in kitchenette area. Gym tiny."

"Breakfast was fine,but some of the bakery could have been better. A few sweet rolls, also they need to have a bit more variety in the eggs. But I did enjoy it all. The coffee was great , but towards the end of the two weeks I was kinda tired of the western omelets. The breakfast staff was great."
