"The “balcony” isn’t even big enough to step out on. The toilet wouldn’t flush without holding down the tank lever. Everything else was in decent condition."

"First we had a room the bathroom did not flush. It did not work then they sent us to the other room it was as bad as the other room the tub when you take a shower the water is overflowing so they need to fix the whole pipe or do something about it the water system because it is not working for them. Staff got mad because we complained about the bathroom not working, so other staff came and gave us an other room and it’s like at this point I was done. So you mad cause I’m spending money and I wanna be happy."
